The 16 Hypotheses

Sixteen computational Alzheimer's hypotheses presented at the Alzheimer's Association International Conference (AAIC 2026), London, July 11–15 2026. All 16 certified In-Person Posters. None of the 16 hypotheses has been tested in a wet lab.

Every poster below is a computational hypothesis. Not a validated finding. The goal of the Neurodegenerative Reversal Research Foundation is to fund wet-lab validation of these hypotheses.

Authors on all 16: David S. Lewis, Enrique Zueco, Haley Yi — AIXC Research. Certified by the Alzheimer's Association via cOASIS (the Association's official abstract platform). The abstract supplement publishes in Alzheimer's & Dementia around December 2026. We list the pericyte biomarker poster first because it is the one we want to test first.
